EFT Tapping for Stress Relief and Manifestation

Have you ever heard of Emotional Freedom Technique?

The Emotional Freedom Technique known as EFT has widely been used to manage tension in the body and mind.

EFT was founded by the psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan in 1979. Dr. Callahan was a trained traditional psychologist who used many traditional techniques to work with his clients.

However as you probably figured its origins date further back. EFT uses the meridian points of the body to release pain, emotions and invoke energies.

While in school to become a Massage Therapist (2005) I learned of these Meridian points of the body. Each Meridian points correlates to certain organs, nerves and the overall flow of the person. This was vital as a Massage Therapist for as it allows the practitioner to release pain and blockages. These same points can be used in Reflexology and acupressure.

You'll also find that acupuncture uses these Meridian points as well.

Another name for these Meridian points is energy points or CHI. The Chi is known as the vital life energy for good heath.

By using acupressure or tapping one can "tap" into the flow of the body's energy to create wellbeing. It can also work in a similar way to mindfulness, as it can draw a person’s attention to their body and breathing. It may serve as a mental distraction from the issues that are causing anxiety or stress.

EFT can be used to treat the following:

  • Chronic pain

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Weight loss

  • Anxiety

  • Manifestation

and so much more

Does it Work?

I've personally been using EFT tapping for manifestation and wellbeing for a few years and I believe that is does work.

Use our video and how-to guide below for directions.

Feel free to tailor your mantra to benefit your result. For example, " I am no longer in pain, I can feel all pain releasing from my body". Please note that the video doesn't show the my underarm tapping. Tapping for under the arm should be done 4 inches under the armpit.

Happy Tapping!
